Ate all the things all weekend.

well, not all weekend. I didn’t eat SHIT on Friday. Like, nothing. But since I got home? ALL THE THINGS.

and my birthday extravaganza is this weekend and i DO NOT WANT TO FEEL LIKE THIS WHEN IT HAPPENS. 

so this week. water all the time. HEALTHY FOOD. and I AM GOING TO BOOT CAMP 3 TIMES. I have been in this for 2 weeks and never made it 3 times (This week because i was exhausted from dubstepping and last week because I was sore) and I’m going to run EVERY DAY I DONT BOOTCAMP. MAYBE I WILL EVEN CROSS TRAIN. I’M GOING TO MAKE A PRE BIRTHDAY WORK OUT SCHEDULE. I mean, I know I can’t make’ major changes but I want to FEEL good. and you can definitely feel good in 5 days. I AM GOING TO MAKE MYSELF FEEL GOOD.

I feel nauseous. ate so much fried rice. I think I’m emotionally investing in a lot and feeling kind of empty and then filling myself with food which just maks me feel more empty. Cycle? Please stop.
