I was going to be all BEAT MYSELF UP time but then I realized 1) it’s not the end of the world to eat one piece of pizza and a few cookies once in a while, it’s fine. It happens. 2) I FEEL SICK! THIS IS GREAT NEWS! I WAS eating so crappily that I felt fine after anything and now, I FEEL SICK.
I do want to focus on eating in and making healthy meals next week though. (and this week, but i’m going away tomorrow and that’s always tough). baby steps! bootcamp and baby steps! And i do want to see a change in the numbers and I know if I don’t alter my eating habits as well, I’m not going to see major progress, and I paid a LARGE sum of money to go get my butt kicked at this work out class and I have 10 more weeks to make some major changes and treat my body well. I owe it to myself.
