Fresh start Monday started….uh….well, it started.

With a slice of buffalo chicken pizza and hot chocolate. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT? (get ready for the positive spin) they say breakfast should be your highest calorie meal of the day so, done and done!

Also, there was major drama at the house I was house sitting in—the alarm went off when I wasn’t home, police came, I came back, nosy neighbors were nasty about it (“CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED HERE?! DID YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE WITH WARM COFFEE AND WINE JUST SITTING ON THE TABLE?!” no, lady, the burglars probably walked in, heard the alarm DROPPED THEIR DRINKS AND RAN! yes I left a bottle of wine on the table and a cup of coffee, you weirdo.), and then I felt anxious and couldn’t sleep so I didn’t make it to 5 am bootcamp today. I WILL be attending either the 7:30 or the 8:30 bootcamp, however. And 5 am resumes on Wednesday. I like getting it out of the way and it makes me feel really good all day once I’ve gone.

I’m going to set a goal for this week:

1) keep eating healthy and in check and be understanding of myself

2) call a therapist

3) go to bootcamp three times (Mon, Wed, and Fri) and the Wed and Fri at 5 am

4) go to zumba on Tuesday

5) run 2 miles on Tuesday

6) run 2/3 miles on Thursday

7) rest Saturday

8) elliptical Sunday

9) stretch

10) DRINK WATER

I think I can do all these things. I shall cross them off once finished. 

I will kick this week’s butt—pizza for breakfast and all.
