Today I decided to boot camp tomorrow, not today
because I was very very sore.
But I did go on a 1.5 mile run/walk with Gwyn. It was nice, actually, because we did intervals, running for 2 minutes and walking for 1 and it wasn’t painful. We were going to do 2 but my legs are still really sore from bootcamp squats and I didn’t want to mess up my gait given my history of messing up my running knees so we stopped. Then we did 5 sun salutations.
I then ate a ton of chinese food and feel really full. The goal for the rest of the today? Small dinner. Avoid emotional eating.
My long term goals are to learn how to realize when I am full and hungry. I have no idea when I am either.
And also we took progress pictures. I will post more in 11 weeks after my 12 week bootcamp and we’ll see HOW IT GOES :)
